Camp Lakebottom

Endlich Ferien! Doch während sich Scottys ältere Schwester wie geplant bereits im schicken Ferienlager Camp Sonnenschein aalt, hat es ihn selbst und seine Freunde Greta und Kurt fälschlicher Weise ins Horror-Camp Sumpfgrund gleich gegenüber verschlagen. Das fürchterliche Feriencamp und seine gruselige Belegschaft warten mit einigen unheimlichen Überraschungen auf. Doch schon bald stellt sich heraus, dass hier, im Gegensatz zu den Schnöseln vom Camp Sonnenschein, alle ein großes Herz haben.

The lake is toxic. The forest creatures are mutants. The counselors are a danger to themselves and others. And the kids? They’re having the time of their lives! An animated comedy about 12-year-old daredevil and mastermind McGee, who was headed for an awesome summer at Camp Sunny Smiles when his bus took a wrong turn and landed him at old, run down and ridiculously spooky CAMP LAKEBOTTOM! McGee soon discovers though that Lakebottom is not just your average camp; it’s the BEST CAMP EVER! That is, if you’re into surfing “killer” waves, eating french flies at lunch and having monsters as counselors. Legend has it that Lakebottom was built on the haunted remains of Sir-Screams- A-Lot Amusement park. It may seem scary, but McGee is having a blast and will do anything to protect Lakebottom from his nemesis Buttsquat and the snooty camp across the lake, Camp Sunny Smiles.

McGee, Gretchen, et Squirt étaient en route vers un camp de vacances lorsque le chauffeur de l’autobus se perd. Quando McGee sale sul bus diretto al bellissimo Camp Sunny Smiles, non ha la minima idea di cosa lo aspetta! Il bus sul quale il nostro amico burlone sta viaggiando, sbaglia strada all’improvviso e McGee e gli altri ragazzi finiscono nel vecchio e inquietante Camp Lakebottom! Ma presto McGee scoprirà che Camp Lakebottom non è un campo estivo come tutti gli altri, è il migliore al mondo! E come potrebbe non esserlo quando ti ritrovi a fare surf fra cattivissime onde killer, mangiare mosche fritte a pranzo e ad avere a che fare con dei mostri veri? Anche se per molti Camp Lakebottom è un posto inquietante, McGee e i suoi amici Gretchen e Squirt sono disposti a tutto per salvarlo dalle minacce di Buttsquat e del suo campo estivo all’ultima moda, il Camp Sunny Smiles.

Camp Lakebottom (Acampamento Lakebottom no Brasil e em Portugal) é uma série animada canadense produzida por 9 Story Entertainment que foi ao ar na Teletoon no dia 4 de julho de 2013. Entrou nos EUA no Disney XD a partir de 13 de julho de 2013. A série conta sobre um menino chamado McGee que embarca no ônibus para chegar em um acampamento de verão, mas ele vai na direção errada, ao contrário, tem todos os tipos de aventuras em um acampamento chamado Acampamento Lakebottom, ao tentar proteger o acampamento de seu inimigo Jordan "Pixote" Buttsquat no acampamento Sunny Smiles.
