故事發生在《上癮》事件的十年後。曾經風光無限、如今卻深陷醜聞的影帝 尤祺，事業一落千丈，並長期飽受失眠所苦。一次偶然的機會下，他前往一座孤島錄製綜藝節目，並在那裡重逢了高中同學、現任救援隊隊長 楊夢。 尤祺逐漸發現，只有在楊夢身邊，他才能安然入睡。在孤島共同生活的過程中，兩人重新面對過去未解的情感與傷痛，舊日的羈絆與新的悸動交織，展開一段關於成長、救贖與愛情的故事。
