Panteři se Nealovi už celé dny neozvali, a tak se bojí, že ho buď Keller prásknul, nebo se Woodford prostě jen rozhodl, že ho z jejich dohody vyšoupne. Neal hasn’t heard from the Panthers in days and he’s worried that either Keller turned on him or Woodford simply decided to cut him out of the deal. Using the algorithm Neal stole for the Panthers, the team is able to determine that the Panthers are targeting something arriving at the San Francisco airport. But without enough time to make it to the West Coast, Peter is forced to pass on the task to the local FBI office. Meanwhile, Mozzie comes face to face with his wife, who he met on a con, married on a whim, and hasn’t seen in five years. She insists that she’s reformed and wants to start a new life (with someone new), but Mozzie isn’t convinced, and asks Neal and Peter for help.

Mozzie confessa a Neal di avere una moglie, che ha sposato 5 anni prima mentre l'amico era in carcere; la donna, anch'essa una truffatrice, lo aveva sposato solo per potergli rubare un'ingente somma di denaro. Tornata in città per chiedere il divorzio, fa insospettire Neal e Peter quando annuncia di voler sposare il capo di un'organizzazione di benificienza per bambini. I due fidanzati hann architettato un piano perfetto per rubare un uovo d'oro durante una serata di gala e far in modo che la colpa ricadesse su Mozzie, sfruttando i suoi sentimenti per la "moglie". Peter e Neal riescono a smascherare la truffa, arrestando i colpevoli. Nel frattempo l'FBI scopre che ciò che le Pantere Rosa vogliono rubare sono 500 milioni di dollari in contanti che provengono da banche europee e che non sono rintracciabili.
