Dance teacher Nicky is hoping to quickstep her way to the prize with a 'round-the-world' themed menu, with a Chinese salmon starter and an American pie for dessert. But Nicky has her work cut out with American Peggy, a bit of an expert on State-side food. Nicky also has to impress last night's host Lancastrian Valerie and joker Steve, who brings his own brand of Northern humour to the table. Salesman Andy thinks Nicky could be one to watch.
