Four strangers from in and around Fife attempt to host their way to the £1000 prize. First up is the only non-Scottish native this week, 41-year-old beauty therapist Nicky, who hopes to impress with some Scottish inspired grub. Joining Nicky is spiritual Kerry, entrepreneur Byam and B&B owner Keith, who ends the week with a menu of family favourites but will his wit and humour be enough to secure the prize?
