Season 1

This documentary follows him through a busy school term and as his confidence builds, he is nominated for a national award and runs for class president. And as he gains movement he even experiments with new laser eye computer technology which could offer him a voice of his own and a glimmer of independence for the very first time.

It is make or break time for the ballet boys.

To find out, she meets different types of girls; Toddlers in a nursery, who think girls have long hair; sport-mad Laila, who calls herself a Tomboy; Meg, who adores ballet and dresses, and 7-year-old Anna, who loves skateboarding and dreams of being a pirate! These children are very different, yet each wants to be accepted simply for who they are. Shelby concludes that a girl is someone who can stand out OR fit in, who can wear what they feel comfortable in and shouldn't have to change their style to please others, and who's happy in her own skin.

At the moment the Floating Hospital is based in Congo, in West Africa. Grace and her mum have travelled days from Kinshasa to the ship, hoping that the doctors on board will be able to help. Her life is incredibly difficult - she doesn't go out or go to school because of the tumour on her face. But it's not just about how Grace looks - if not treated she will die. Iona takes us onboard her home and we meet the people who live and work on the ship. Grace and Iona don't speak the same language but they find a way to overcome the barriers and we're with them all the way as Grace's life is transformed forever.

Almost exclusively filmed on phones, they take us into their world to show the effect that living in temporary accommodation can have on families. We follow the trio as they desperately strive not to let their living conditions set them back. For Jade, her dream of being a human rights lawyer is inspired by her homelessness and her desire that no other child should be left in the same position as her. But will she be able to conquer her nerves in time to speak at the Houses of Parliament? Sensi wants everyone to know that homelessness doesn't just apply to old men living in shop doorways, while Henry's ambitions of becoming a Chelsea footballer are put at risk by living through constant evictions.

Everyone is a stranger to Hannah and she doesn't know who her mum, dad, sisters and friends are when she sees them. Hannah can't even recognize her own face and being face blind has cut her off from the world around her. Hannah embarks on a course of groundbreaking treatment at Bournemouth University where face blindness expert Dr Sarah Bate is trying to understand how the condition works and help people like Hannah finally know who the people around her are. During the course of her treatment Hannah meets another young girl with face blindness for the very first time. Twelve-year-old Laura, who has been face blind since birth. The girls exchange experiences, and even meet one of the country's top businessmen, Duncan Bannatyne who is face blind too. The girls both vow to be even braver from now on in their interaction with the world.
