FOX has ordered a half-hour project from "Sex and the City" creator Darren Star based on chef Anthony Bourdain's "Kitchen Confidential." "Kitchen Confidential," based on Bourdain's memoir about food, drugs and working in the kitchens of top restaurants. David Hemingson ("Just Shoot Me," "Cracking Up") is writing the pilot and executive producing with Star.
