تعيش (هَيا) مع زوجها رجل الأعمال الثري والمعروف (يوسف زهران) حياة هادئة في منطقة جبلية بلبنان، ولكت تتغير الأمور حين تقوم عصابة بمحاولة اغتياله ويصيبونه إصابات بالغة تكاد تودي بحياته، تمر بالصدفة (ميرا) من مكان الحادث فتحمله إلى منزلها وتقوم بإسعافه وتكتشف أنه فقد الذاكرة، وتتعقد الأمور حين تقع هذه الشابة في حب رجل الأعمال الذي فقد ذاكرته.
