嚴小賴（張藝興 飾）出席青梅竹馬 吉恬恬（陳都靈 飾） 和 肖偉哲（李程彬 飾）的婚禮。婚禮上放映過去的每一張相片，使小賴後悔沒有把握機會向恬恬表白，因而產生回到過去的念頭。此時，擁有控制時間能力的天使（張智霖 飾）因受到感動而現身，告訴小賴只要他許願，便能實現他回到過去的願望。於是，得到天使相助的小賴便回到每一張拍攝相片的時間，為改變他和恬恬的未來而努力。
