Willy Müller ist Bankdirektor der Stadt Krems. Neben seiner Arbeit ist er Hobbykoch. Immer wieder schlüpft er zusammen mit seiner Tochter in den einen oder anderen Kriminalfall, der dann mit Hilfe des Polizeirats Pichler, dem späteren Schwiegersohn von Willy Müller, aufgeklärt wird.
