《我就是演员》《演员的诞生》是由浙江卫视原创自制的中国首档演技竞演类励志综艺节目。节目将邀请一批在影视表演艺术领域有追求、有梦想的人作为参与者，以比拼演技为主要手段，充分展现才华、绽放自我，通过一个个精心打磨的表演片段，让观众逐渐认识并看到他们在塑造每一个角色时认真揣摩的状态，以及在推敲每一段细节时反复磨练的艰辛，真切感受到一个好演员在诞生和蜕变过程中所拥有的信念和态度。
