ある日新しい家に引っ越してきた幼稚園児松崎亜美は自分の部屋に異世界｢アニマル横町｣(通称アニ横)の扉があることにきづく。そこから自由奔放なウサギのイヨ、ツッコミ気質で兄貴分なクマのケンタ、天然で臆病なパンダのイッサの３匹が登場。亜美の日常はドタバタとしてものになっていく、というドタバタコメディ作品である。 舞台となる場所は、架空の村「メイジ村」
