The six remaining teams made up of a cake artist, sugar sculptor and master food carver return to battle to celebrate the 50th anniversary of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. In the first round, they'll create a modern twist on How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Then, in the second round, they'll have to lend the Grinch's lair some holiday spirit fit for Dr. Seuss. At the end of the battle, one team will be eliminated with help from guest judge Susan Brandt, President of Dr. Seuss Enterprises
