When a phone call elicits no response, Lucas insists on going down to the hotel, convinced that Sami would never betray him this way. Belle tells Shawn that she just can't break her husband's heart by e-mail, and Shawn reminds her all the pain that lies cause, pointing out that it was Philip's decision to join the Marines. Belle refuses to do anything more until she talks to Mimi. John is desperate for a fix, and even visions of Marlena cannot stop him from buying drugs down at the docks.
