In a final standoff at the school, GTO must fight to prevent one of his students from being thrown over a roof, and hopefully help the student reconcile with his estranged father.

小玫到学校想要再次尝试说服李皖,却被李柏带人堵在屋顶.小玫说李皖母亲在生命最后的时刻笑着对李皖说 "要永远记得这份羁绊".李皖醒悟,一同劝说李柏,李柏却不管不顾执意要抢回土地转让书.此时鬼冢英吉和雪莉赶到,终于救出小玫,李柏也因恐吓,施暴罪被警察逮捕.学校终于恢复正常,鬼冢英吉也该回到日本,在最后雪莉为鬼冢送行的时候献上香吻。
