某小学五年级学生赵新新是个武侠迷，没事喜欢露两把刷子，不过他很不爱讲卫生，某天就因吃了脏东西闹肚子疼。站在公交车上捂着肚子回家时，赵新新做好事掏钱为一位咳嗽不止的老爷爷找了个座位，因此和这位自称怪老头的老爷爷认识，几句交谈，赵 新新感受到了怪老头的神奇。尔后，怪老头带赵新新来到他的家，一番表演又把赵新新看得目瞪口呆，突然，怪老头要赵新新吞下两只小鸟，好消灭他肚子里作怪的蛔虫，赵新新被吓个半死。
