Valahol a Világ központjában található egy csendes, nyugodt völgy, a Hoppies ott él és dolgozik. Hoppiland egy multikulturális város, ahol mindenféle nemzetiségű Hoppies megtalálható. Amíg mindenki rohanóan rohangál, a Hoppies gondoskodik arról, hogy a mozgalmas napok után mindenkinek legyenek ünnepek. Születésnapok, karácsony, karneválok, Halloween, hálaadás vagy Hanuka és természetesen az Újhold éve - minden nap van egy ünnep valahol a világon. Minden epizódban a Hoppies segít megünnepelni egy ünnepet.
