With the help of C-3PO and BB-8, pilot Poe Dameron devises a plan to rescue of one of the Resistance’s most important leaders, Admiral Ackbar, from Kylo Ren and Captain Phasma.
Han Solo and Chewbacca have their hands full with a pack of misbehaving Rathtars as they attempt to transport their carnivorous cargo to a rendezvous with Bala Tik, the pirate. Things go from bad to worse when First Order TIE Fighters pull the freighter over, forcing Han to think quickly and somehow save his skin from both the First Order and the rampaging creatures.
At the castle of pirate Maz Kanata (the gathering spot for A-list Scum and Villainy across the galaxy), Maz prepares to trade with scurvy pirate Bala Tik. Bala Tik’s demands that Maz reveal the location of Han Solo, whom Bala Tik accuses of cheating him out of his Rathtars. As it happens, every unsavory character there has a beef with Han, and soon the Han-haters erupt in a brawl that stops when a mysterious old coot sends the angry Scum on a wild goose chase after Han.
On remote Jakku, Rey strives to make ends meet by scavenging ruined Star Destroyers, but the heartless trader Unkar Plutt isn’t making it easy for her. Angry at what he perceives as Rey’s ingratitude, Plutt sends henchmen to steal her cherished Tank Speeder. The two not-so-bright baddies meet their match in the determined Rey, who stops at nothing to get her beloved “Bumper” back.
LEGO Star Wars: The Han Solo Affair, also known as Star Wars V½, is a short stop-motion animated film using LEGO characters that was released in 2002. As Han Solo is frozen in carbonite, his friends Chewbacca and Leia look on in dismay. R2 - D2 uses an energy blast on the ceiling to make sparks rain down. A madcap chase around Cloud City ensues, with eventually Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader joining in. Eventually, Han ends up being tractored in by Fett, who then escapes, with all the other characters passing out.
Lego Star Wars: Revenge of the Brick is a brickfilm (Lego short film) loosely based on Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. The short is basically a very tongue-in-cheek look at the important happenings of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, and is presented in a 3-D computer animation format, as is Treehouse's specialty. The spoof features stylized versions of the Lego Star Wars Episode III building toys in fantasy situations, portraying the interactivity of Lego in various scenes. Lego's classic mini-figures are also made more 3-D in their detail, with more flexibility in movement portrayed to facilitated the film's action sequences.
Lego Star Wars: The Quest for R2-D2 is a 2009 comedy short film directed by a director Peder Pedersen and produced by M2Film for Lego and Cartoon Network in collaboration with Lucasfilm. The story begins with Anakin Skywalker and R2-D2 on a Separatist cruiser where they have completed an important mission and attempt to escape in Anakin's Jedi starfighter. But they are attacked by Hyena droid bombers and R2-D2 is blasted out into space. When he returns to the Jedi Temple, the Jedi masters tell him to find the droid and his special blueprints. Meanwhile, the Separatist leaders are desperate to recover the droid, and Chancellor Palpatine has dispatched a special squad of clones to do the same.
Vader hires Boba Fett to track down the gungan Jar Jar Binks for an accident he caused to Vader. The film also takes place at the same time as the original movies showing Jar Jar responsible for the destruction of the first Death Star and was with Boba at the Jabba's Barge event from Return of the Jedi.
A routine Jedi Academy field trip is turned into a rip-roaring comic adventure in LEGO Star Wars: The Padawan Menace. Tour guide Master Yoda leads a group of rambunctious Jedi younglings through Senate chambers when he senses a disturbance in the Force. Summoned to help save the Republic, he discovers that one of the younglings secretly boarded his ship...and has a taste for adventure! Meanwhile, C-3PO and R2-D2 are put in charge of the boisterous group and find themselves in over their heads. As the evil Sith prepare to wreak havoc, it's up to Yoda and the droids to ensure that their young charges aren't torn to bricks!
