本作で松本が演じる朝倉すみれ（35）は、その美貌と巧みなテクニックで数々の男を手玉に取ってきた結婚詐欺師。悪事で荒稼ぎする男たちにターゲットを絞り、騙される側にもやましいことがあるため捜査の手が及ばないことから、狙った「的」を決して逃さない“ミス・ターゲット”として暗躍するダークヒロインです。 そんな彼女が突然、結婚詐欺から足を洗って本気の婚活を始めると宣言！これまでのスキルを武器に、お金持ちの男性と出会うべく意気揚々と婚活市場に乗り込みます。男の基準はズバリ“金”、信じられるのは福沢諭吉という、詐欺師としての価値観の染み付いた彼女が、本気の婚活の末にたどり着く運命の相手とは…？
