The bungalow features a stairway that seems to be nothing more than a code-clashing and design roadblock. Turning this code-defying set of stairs into a 'Stairway to Heaven' may just be the answer Troy and Alex have been looking for and the key to the most successful flip they've ever shared.

Located in a thriving part of town known as East Nashville, this property was originally built in 1923, and has undergone layers renovations with budget materials that stripped this house of its authentic charm and character. Troy and Julie work together to take out the new, restore the old, and replenish some of the history and dignity a true craftsman home of this age deserves. They do their best to return this home back to it's original beauty, creating a historically accurate house that will also appeal to today's buyers.
