Viki welcomes Jeffrey to Llanfair asking him to keep digging on the recent story involving Dorian. David tries to revive his acting career by having his own reality show, not until Dorian arrives to do damage control of her recent scandal. Someone with a tattoo on his wrist escapes and heads towards Llanview. Bo shows Nora that he found drugs in Matthew's room. Dani sees that Téa is distracted by her son's room and remembering Victor's birthday. David arrives at the opening of shelter, but sneaks in after Todd makes a spectacle. Clint asks Bo to be his best man at his wedding. Dorian goes to confront Viki over the recent Banner headline. Dani collapses at the club and Todd picks her up as Victor Lord, Jr. appears and see them all leave.
Viki refuses Dorian's request to print a retraction. Téa learns that Dani overdosed, and Matthew confirms that she's been taking oxy. Cutter does some damage control with Rama's help to keep the customers from leaving. Victor confronts Todd telling him to stay away from Dani, and Téa can't believe that he's alive. David tells Dorian that The Banner has all of the information and Senator Cohen is setting her up to take the fall. Clint asks Matthew if he is caught up in this whole drug mess with Dani. Viki realizes Dorian could be telling the truth, and tells Jeffrey to double check everything.
Viki tries to prevent Todd from going to see Danielle in her hospital room. Danielle and Victor have a reunion, followed by Todd bursting in to confront Victor. Dani explains her frustrations for Todd not being in her life. Nora apologizes for doubting Matthew, who decides to find a place for himself. Victor warns Todd not to get close to his family again. Dorian warns Blair not to let history repeat itself now that Todd is back in town. Nora and Bo talk about Matthew moving out. Dorian plans to tell her side of the story regarding the scandal.
Todd attempts to set things right starting with Jack and Blair. Vimal tells Rama he wants to give their marriage another chance. Cutter finds out that the opening of Shelter was a disaster and someone offer to help. Téa sees a tattoo on Victor's wrist, but he doesn't want to talk about it. Dorian reads that she'll be reviewed by the ethics committee, David then tries to get her to go away with him. Viki tells Jeffrey he can't print anything without confirmation all the sources. Dorian decides to an interview conducted from her own home. Blair tells Todd to go back to Port Charles, since he is not wanted in Llanview. Victor is told by Téa that she was pregnant, but lost the baby at birth. Vimal agrees to have an open marriage allowing Rama to date other people.

Matthew, Jeffrey talk with Dani about not taking drugs anymore, and she learns they're moving in together. Clint hires Matthew as his personal assistant at B.E. David wants to make Todd apart of his reality show. Natalie confides in Nora about her missing John and thinks he left for someone else because of her. Blair refuses to have anything to do with Todd, and he claims he loved her. Victor sneaks into Todd's room and puts poison in his drink, he hides as Todd returns and pours himself a glass.
Todd sits at his desk with the glass of the poisoned alcohol in his hands. Vimal tells Rama to make sure she comes back home to him tonight. Matthew sees Danielle dancing with some strange guy, Jeffrey gets them in the V.I.P room but they're all thrown out. Jamie confronts Cutter reminding him about the money he owes, and sees Rama, thinking a night with her with clear his debt. Bo and Nora enjoy some alone time together. Danielle comes home to find Téa and Victor worried and are angered when they learn she was at Shelter. Matthew goes home frustrated, and chats with his new friend. Todd drinks some more and sits down and the glass falls out of his hand.
Danielle visits Matthew and Jeffrey and announces that she's moving in with them. Clint suggests to Viki to cut back on staff to make The Banner transition online. Dorian watches her resignation video and doesn't approve of it. Victor is surprised by Todd's seeing that he wants a truce between them for Jake's sake, and sees the poison is taking it's toll. Blair sees Jack is having difficulty by skipping school. Natalie runs into Destiny and the two catch up. Dorian goes through her files, and discovers something she can use. Clint gives Matthew a lecture to man up and be a father to Drew. Viki calls Jeffrey saying she can't hire him, but agrees to stay on as freelance. Todd begins to feel worse when getting back to his room, and pours another glass of the poisoned alcohol.
Jeffrey sees that Matthew is still chatting with the girl online. Danielle informs Tèa her plans to move in with Matthew and Jeffrey. Todd's attempt at bonding with Jack backfires. Dorian decides to put her plan into action. Tèa asks Victor if he knows something and doesn't want to talk about his tattoo. Dorian goes to see Viki and thanks her. Bo surprises Nora and tries to get her to go back being a radio deejay. Victor lets himself into Todd's room and gets rid of the poisoned liquor. Frank gives Clint a bogus stock tip, and tells Viki this could save the banner. Victor goes in the coffee house and sees someone with a gun and the same tattoo as him.

Victor tells Tèa when he says he has to get out of town, and cause the people after him are dangerous, she says to say goodbye to the kids. Destiny drops Drew off, Dani then offers to help when Matthew shows no interest. Blair asks Jack where he got the game system, and tells him to return it after it was from Todd. Todd tries to prove to Viki that he's a changed man, but will never forgive Victor for what he did. Victor tells Jack, Dani and Sam he needs to leave town for a little while. Destiny slaps Matthew after he remarks that she should've had an abortion.
Jeffrey, Dani and Matthew engage up in a drinking game. Cutter introduces Natalie to Nikki his new bartender. Téa tries to cope with Victor leaving when she just got him back. Victor admits to Todd, he put arsenic in his scotch, and the two get into an intense fight. Cutter is livid when Blair instructed Nikki to not serve the new singer. Téa sees the toy giraffe destroyed wondering what Victor has done now. Jack finds Todd on the floor and yells out for help.
Danielle catches Matthew posing for pictures to post online for the girl he's chatting with. David brings the cameras, asking Nora he really wants apart of his show. Viki tells Todd that to take it easy cause he almost died last night. Bo accuses Todd of staging the scene to implicate Victor, but he said he admitted to poisoning his scotch. Danielle offers to take pictures for Matthew. Cutter tells Blair that he is going have Shelter put Llanview on the map. Clint tells Viki he is confident about the investment that could save her newspaper. Natalie looks at the decanter again, and calls Bo saying she found traces of arsenic on the top proving Todd's story. Jeffrey brings Destiny to his place and catches Danielle and Matthew.
Téa tells Danielle she is ready to move on, by packing up baby Victor's room, she gets a call from Bo asking her to come to the station. Viki agrees to go to Paris with Clint so they can get married. Vimal tells David he doesn't want his life broadcasted on television. Todd goes to see Jack and thanks him for basically saving his life, but he says he went there to tell him to stay out of his life. Nora gives Destiny some old clothes that belonged to Matthew. Dani is concerned by Matthew's new online friend Michelle. Cutter and David try to make Vimal see what Rama would think if he was someone else. Jack asks Viki if he'll end up just like his father. Téa discovers that Victor researched poisons on the computer, and realizes he tried to kill Todd. Someone enters a room and turns on a bunch of monitors that shows every home in Llanview.
