Like with most of the P90X3 workouts, you'll need a little bit of balance and coordination to crush every move. This fusion of aerobic and anaerobic energy improves your precision, flexibility, balance, and strength.

  • S01E03 X3 Yoga

    With this workout you will be moving through many different yoga poses, starting with different standing moves, balance, and ending with floor moves. You’ll hit your entire body and break a nice sweat (if you are like me). A flow-style practice that improves your musculoskeletal flexibility, balance, stamina, and core strength.

  • S01E04 The Challenge

    It's a very simple workout in that you do multiple sets of 2 exercises performed twice, with a break in between each set. You pick a number for pushups, and one for pullups, and you try to hit that number each time. Simple in design, but you really get worked in this. Strengthen your entire upper body by stacking push-ups and pull-ups in ways you've probably never seen.

Season 2 - Phase 1 Week 4

    P90X3 Triometrics is like Plyometrics with 3 levels of intensity, you go from Wow, to Yikes, plus you are doing explosive moves and a non explosive move, with enough recharge time in between so you can really really go for maximum force and speed.

  • S03E03 Eccentric Lower

    P90X3 Eccentric Lower is a lower body strength-training program using dumbbells. It's not just squats. The exercises use changes in tempo to work your muscles in a different way.

  • S03E04 Incinerator

    You do one exercise with a dumbbell/band and then follow that with an exercise that focuses on the same muscle group but uses your own body weight for resistance.

  • S03E05 MMX
