Using ground-breaking technology, individuals considering cosmetic surgery get to see themselves like they have never seen before through full-size avatars of their naked bodies. In the opening episode, Vogue Williams meets chiselled carpenter Steven, who wants a porn star-sized penis, and single mum Steph, who is desperate for smaller boobs.
