Six riveting Japanese short stories have been brought to life in one omnibus film that captures your heart and imagination. “Magic” is the story of a young magician who agrees to teach an apprentice some magic tricks if he agrees to abandon all of his desires. “Fumiko No Ashi” is about a former Geisha who satisfies a dying old man’s foot fetish. “Wonderful Scene” is about a young man’s first crush on his family maid. “Good-bye” is about a man who wants to move away from his hectic city life but must first break up with all of his mistresses. “Lemon” is about a person suffering from anxiety who comes across a lemon at a fruit shop. “The Boat on the Takase River” is a modern retelling of a story about euthanasia and poverty.
