舞台は東京・西荻窪。「住みたい街１位」として有名な吉祥寺と商業規模の大きな荻窪の間に挟まれた小さな街。そんな西荻窪の片隅にひっそりと佇む１軒のバー、“三ツ星洋酒堂”。美しい青年バーテンダーの雨宮、無口なシェフ・中内、そしてオーナーの小林、同級生の男性3人で営業する小さなバー。このバーには、人生の様々なことに思い悩む人々が、その雰囲気に惹かれて思わず足を踏み入れてしまう不思議な魅力があり、今日も悩みを抱えた客が訪れる―――。そして、三ツ星洋酒堂で働く３人も、自身の過去に何かを抱えているようで・・・

由青年調酒師雨宮、沉默寡言的主廚中內、還有老闆小林這三位同學經營的三星洋酒堂，故事從各種煩惱的客人的到訪展開…。
