本作は、蜷川実花氏が監督を務める、全5編のショートドラマ。色彩豊かな映像作品で名高い蜷川監督が、豪華俳優陣をキャストに迎えて演出を手掛ける実写パートと、東映アニメーション制作の新規アニメーションパートが交錯する、これまでに類のない映像構成に挑戦しました。RADWIMPSの主題歌「TWILIGHT」の疾走感と生命力あふれるサウンドをバックに、『ONE PIECE』の魅力を新たな視点と世界観で描き出します。
