Cette série à sketchs d'une durée de cinq minutes met en scène le quotidien, souvent absurde, de deux femmes : la blonde Samantha et la brune Chantal, amies inséparables partageant une intelligence très très limitée pour ne pas dire aucune intelligence, même si dans certains épisodes, Chantal se montre beaucoup plus réfléchie et intelligente que Samantha. Entre autres, Samantha est amoureuse de Jean-Luc Delarue.
