曾經的田如蜜（楊謹華 飾）年輕貌美，周身洋溢著青春的氣息，她同徐燁（吳中天 飾）兩情相悅，後者為了同田如蜜在一起，不惜和家人斷絕了來往。田如蜜本以為，和徐燁在一起的生活能夠如同想像中那樣充滿了幸福和美好，然而，現實是殘酷的，徐燁的母親（何淑勤 飾）發現了田如蜜的存在，與此同時，田如蜜的腹中亦有了徐燁的骨肉。 最壞的情況發生了，徐燁最終還是放棄了田如蜜，消失不見蹤影，而田如蜜獨自生下了徐燁的孩子取名田易翔（劉以豪 飾），成為了一名單身媽媽。一晃眼數年過去，一次偶然中，田如蜜和曾經暗戀他的李勁陽（王陽明 飾）重逢了，驚詫於田如蜜的改變的李勁陽內心裡五味雜陳。
