High school student Kimihiro Watanuki not only has the ability to see spirits and monsters but is actually plagued with them. Coming home from school one day he's assaulted by evil apparitions but his feet lead him to a strange shop. There he encounters Yuuko Ichihara, the mysterious owner who offers to grant Watanuki's wish to be rid of the spirits. But the price must be of equal value, so Watanuki has to temporarily work for her in her shop that grant wishes. Thus begins his adventures in an world full of supernatural experiences.
This is a Live Action Drama (TV) Adoption Of CLAMP's Manga Series xxxHolic. The Show Is Slated For Eight 50-Minute Episodes, With Actress And Model Anne As Dimensional Witch Yuuko, And Shota Sometani As Watanuki, A Put-Upon Teen Who Can See Spirits. Un jour, il s'introduit par mégarde dans une étrange maison s'avérant être une boutique réputée pour réaliser des vœux.
Celle-ci est tenue par une sorcière nommée Yuko Ichihara et se révélant être en mesure de libérer Kimihiro de ce don qu'il déteste tant.
Mais tout ayant un prix chez Yuko, elle n'exauce les vœux de ses clients que s'ils lui versent un paiement d'une valeur équivalente. Kimihiro se devra alors d'aider la mystérieuse voyante dans son « commerce de vœux » jusqu'à ce qu'elle obtienne une compensation de valeur semblable à celle de son souhait.
À travers ce travail supposé à l'origine ne consister qu'en une aide ménagère, il fera la rencontre de nombre de personnes et d'esprits qu'il verra évoluer selon la politique de vente quelque peu particulière de Yuko.
