マジックアカデミーでは好成績者に授与される魔宝石の数で、個人やクラスの成績が決まる。ルキアのクラスは魔法の失敗による度重なる不祥事で、魔法石獲得数は常に最下位。そんな中、担任のアメリア先生は学園祭のメインイベント、「クラス対抗魔法比べ大会」で優勝し、魔宝石の大量獲得と汚名返上を生徒たちにけしかけたのだが・・・。
