Dias Police: Police from Another Country

About 150,000 illegal entrants live in Tokyo. They are not recognised as refugees and live in poor conditions. To protect themselves, the illegals create a secret organisation. The organisation has a bank which Japanese Financial Services Agency is not involved with, a hospital that is not authorized by Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare and an illegals police force called "Dias Police." The only police officer in the organisation is Saki Kubozuka. His age and nationality is unknown. Saki Kubozuka does not speak much, but he has a warm heart and strong sense of justice. He takes care of the weak and tries to maintain public order.

Cerca de 150 mil imigrantes ilegais vivem em Tóquio. Eles não são reconhecidos como refugiados e vivem em condições precárias. Para se protegerem, eles criam uma organização secreta. A organização possui um banco que não está relacionado com a Agência de Serviços Financeiros do Japão; um hospital que não foi autorizado pelo Ministério da Saúde, Trabalho e Bem-Estar Social; e uma força policial ilegal chamada "Dias Police". O único oficial da polícia na organização é Kubozuka Saki. Sua idade e nacionalidade são desconhecidas. Ele não fala muito, mas possui um coração quente e forte senso de justiça. Kubozuka cuida dos fracos e tenta manter a ordem pública.
