Конец 1960-ых, разгар брежневской эпохи. Муслим Магомаев во время записи концертной программы знакомится с очаровательной оперной певицей, Тамарой Синявской. Между королём советской эстрады и восходящей звездой Большого театра с первого взгляда пробегает искра, которая становится началом большой любви.
