הסדרה, המבוססת על אירועים אמיתיים, עוקבת אחר אלון שנהב, קצין בילוש מצטיין במשטרת ישראל, שחוזר לנהריה, עיר הולדתו. בהתחלה אלון שמח על ההזדמנות לשוב לעיר שבה נולד ונהנה להתרפק על הזיכרונות, אך מהר מאוד הוא מגלה שהעיר שינתה את פניה לבלי היכר, ומחליט לאזור אומץ ולצאת בקרב פנים אל פנים מול הפשע המשתולל בעיר.
