本作は、高級果物マスカット・オブ・アレキサンドリアの国内シェア9割の生産を誇る岡山県を舞台とする物語。マスカットを使った果物和菓子に魅了され和菓子製造会社に入社した相馬春奈が、失敗を重ねながらも成長していくさまが描かれる。
春奈因校外教學而前往岡山，她生病的祖母託她買當地名產「亞歷山大麝香葡萄」，但春奈卻弄丟錢包，只好改買由葡萄製成的甜點「陸乃寶珠」。看見祖母因收到伴手禮而開心的春奈，決定回岡山到製作此甜點的源吉兆庵工作。但無論在哪個部門，春奈都表現得不甚理想，最後被分派到葡萄園協助。起初固執的農夫伸介不想要春奈的幫忙並叫她離開，但春奈仍堅持不放棄，就在春奈努力慢慢地拉近兩人的距離時，岡山遇上前所未有的大洪水…
Haruna went to Okayama for off-campus teaching. Her sick grandmother asked her to buy the local famous "Alexander Muscat grapes", but Haruna lost her wallet and had to buy "Lu Nai Bao Zhu", a dessert made from grapes.
