日ノ丸四駆郎は元気な小学生、世界最高峰のラリー参戦に旅立った父からもらったミニ四駆が宝物。そんな四駆郎の前に突如現れた謎の男、皇（すめらぎ）。彼はある思いを胸に四駆郎をより奥深きミニ四駆の世界にいざなう。そして、凄腕のミニ四駆レーサーを集め、ダッシュ軍団（ウォリアーズ）を結成するのだった。四駆郎は愛機、皇帝（エンペラー）と共に仲間たちと激しくも魅力的なミニ四駆レースの世界にその身を投じてゆく！！
