Wie der Titel der von Christian Düren moderierten ProSieben-Show andeutet, steht die Fünf im Mittelpunkt. Gespielt wird in zunächst fünf Quizrunden um bis zu 10.000 Euro, für die der Kandidat die Wahl aus fünf Prominenten hat. Anschließend besteht für den Promi die Möglichkeit, den erspielten Betrag zu verdoppeln, sofern er eine abschließende Challenge erfolgreich meistert. Wer von ihnen zum Einsatz kommt, bestimmt alleine der Kandidat – und die Wahl kann über Alles oder Nichts entscheiden.
