يتكلم الناس اللغة العربية بطريقة خاطئة ، وتنتشر الفواق بين الناس ، ويخشى الناس من ارتكاب خطأ ، وبالتالي يصابون بالفواق ، يضعون شريطًا لاصقًا على أفواههم ، ويتحدثون فيما بينهم بلغة الإشارة ، حتى يجد القرويون مخطوطة سحرية يظن أنها ستساعدهم في علاج المرض الذي أصاب أهل القرية.
