Six students at Kirin Art High School work to achieve their dreams of becoming stars.Students at an arts and entertainment school mature as they face incidents and struggles. This movie shows singing, dancing, and acting and also shows the true side of the entertainment industry. Song Sam-dong (Kim Soo-hyun) lives in the country side and dreams of becoming an owner of a stock farm. He falls in love with Go Hye-mi (Bae Suzy) at first sight and follows her to Kirin High School of Art. There he discovers his genius like musical talent. Jin-Guk (Taek-yeon) is a gifted dancer, but a troubled student at school. The director of Kirin High School of Art ((Bae Yong-jun)) recommends to Jin-guk to enroll at his school. There, Jin-guk's talents blossom and he now dreams of becoming a global star. Exchange student Kevin (Wooyoung) comes to Kirin High after receiving the top score for new applicants. He comes from abroad and shows outstanding skills as a dancer. Go Hye-mi (Bae Suzy) is the most popular girl at Kirin High. She carries herself as a confident girl, but inside hides a sad past. She dreamed of becoming a world renown classical vocalist, but after the collapse of her family she had no choice but to enter Kirin High School of Art. She is loved by Song Sam-dong and Jin-gook. Yoon Becky (Eun-jung) looks up to Go Hye-mi, who appears to have everything. They soon become rivals. Erica (Yoon Young-ah) is a popular teen star. She enters Kirin High School of Art and becomes the object of admiration by her peers. She looks forward to having a "regular" school life.

Le lycée artistique Kirin est une école prestigieuse où les étudiants apprennent le chant et la danse. Cette année, trois étudiants remarquables font leur entrée à l’école. Song Sam-Dong vit à la campagne et rêve de devenir le propriétaire de sa propre ferme. Enfin, Go Hye-Mi est l’étudiante la plus populaire du lycée Kirin, et son rêve est de devenir une soprano acclamée partout dans le monde. Mais derrière l’image de grande confiance en elle qu’elle projette se cache une profonde douleur liée aux dettes accumulées par ses parents. Ces étudiants vont peu à peu ouvrir leur cœur les uns aux autres sur le chemin de la gloire.

Conta a história de 6 estudantes da Kirin Art High School, uma escola na Coréia do Sul que é especializada em treinar e fazer estrear grandes artistas da música pop sul coreana e mundial. Hye Mi, Jon Guk, Sam Som Dong, Pil Suk, Gae Hae e Jason, são alunos talentosos, mas que tem problemas mal resolvidos consigo mesmos, que vão passar por muitas dificuldades e precisarão lutar muito para transformar seus sonhos em realidade.

Dream High narra la historia de seis estudiantes de la Escuela de Arte Kirin, quienes trabajan para lograr sus sueños de convertirse en estrellas de la industria musical coreana. Go Hye Mi es una estudiante que se había especializado en la música clásica, pero tiene que renunciar a su sueño y entrar en la escuela secundaria de artes Kirin para poder pagar la deuda de su padre. Sin embargo, ella necesita conseguir que vengan otros dos estudiantes para poder inscribirse en la escuela de forma condicional. Estos dos estudiantes son Song Sam Dong, que vive en el campo, y Jin Guk, con quien se reúne accidentalmente mientras trataba de escapar de un usurero. Yoon Baek Hee, ex compañera de Hye Mi, se convierte en su rival en la escuela porque Hye Mi la traiciona durante una audición para entrar en la escuela.
