新たなウイルスが蔓延した影響で世界的にスパイスが不足し、カレーが貴重なものになってしまった……そんな時代。母のカレーをこよなく愛していた高校生の蓮は、希少なスパイスの香りを纏った少女、莉久に出会う。莉久は「この世の食材はカレーになるためにある」と語るミステリアスな少女。彼女の虜になった蓮は、莉久とともにスパイス不足の謎に迫ることに……。
