ASTRID’S SAINTS is the harrowing story of Astrid, a grieving mother who lives isolated in a world ambiguously poised between the supernatural and earthly sufferings. Convinced that her prayers and the intercession of the saints can bring back her beloved child, Astrid will have to unravel the mysteries that bind her to other grieving mothers, to their children, and to the young saints to which all of them are devoted.
