사상 최강의 마왕에 맞서 조이랜드를 지켜라 꿈과 희망이 가득한 조이랜드를 호시탐탐 노리는 악당 잘난마왕은 조이랜드를 무너뜨리기 위해 번개맨의 초능력인 번개파워를 없애려는 계획을 세운다. 잘난마왕은 행동대장인 나잘난과 더잘난을 이용해 조이랜드 극장의 주인공이자 말괄량이 소녀 한나에게 최면을 걸고, 날고 싶은 한나의 꿈을 이용해 블랙홀에 빠트린다. 결국 한나를 구하려던 번개맨은 강력한 블랙홀로 인해 점점 번개파워를 잃어가는데... 과연 번개맨은 블랙홀에서 벗어나 위기에 빠진 조이랜드를 구해낼 수 있을까?
