After serving time in prison for a bizarre incident involving a child, Willy Wonka returns to his factory determined to bring sweetness back into the world, but his plans are challenged when teenager Charlie Paley and his friends, facing eviction, attempt to break in and steal a valuable Wonka Bar, only to discover that the factory holds far more unexpected and dangerous surprises than they anticipated.
