東京・渋谷。競馬のノミ屋をなりわいとするチンピラコンビ、洋一と道夫。ある日、洋一は仲間がある事件を起こしたのをきっかけに、周囲から本物のヤクザになるよう勧められる。こうしてチンピラ業にけじめを付けたいと願った洋一だが、一方で兄貴分の道夫を差し置いてヤクザ業に誘われたことに対して複雑な心境を抱く。そのころ、洋一が預かっていたドラッグの行方をきっかけに、洋一と道夫のチンピラ人生の運命の歯車は狂いだす。
