¿Qué pasaría si un año Papá Noel se viera obligado a cancelar su cita de Nochebuena con los niños del mundo? Unos días antes de Navidad, el alegre y mágico repartidor de regalos sufre un accidente en su trineo, en pleno centro de Madrid. Acaba en el hospital, donde tendrá que permanecer hasta después de Navidad. Por suerte, el chico con el que comparte habitación en el hospital, Salva, está dispuesto a hacerse cargo de su importantísima tarea navideña. Pero no será fácil... el reloj de la cuenta atrás para Navidad avanza y Salva tiene que encontrar los renos, aprender a pilotar el trineo y, lo más difícil de todo... aprender a ser una buena persona.

A Mikulás karácsonyra készülődik és teszteli a repülő szánját, amikor váratlanul balesetet szenved. Madridban zuhan le, ahol kórházba szállítják. A karácsony ezzel veszélybe kerül: a Mikulás nem tudja kiszállítani az ajándékokat. Ekkor kerül képbe a szélhámos Salva, egy semmirekellő apa, aki semmi emlékezeteset nem csinált egész életében, és akit egyedül a fia bálványoz. Ám most eljött az ő ideje. A Mikulás helyére lépve kiszállíthatja az ajándékokat, megmentheti a karácsonyt és boldogságot szerezhet a világ összes gyerekének – a saját fiát is beleértve. Apró szépséghiba, hogy Salva egyáltalán nem akar Mikulást játszani.
What would happen if, one year, Santa Claus was forced to cancel his Christmas Eve appointment with the world’s children?A few days before Christmas, the famously cheerful and magical giver of gifts has an accident on his sleigh, right in the middle of Madrid. He ends up in hospital, which is where he’ll have to stay until after Christmas. Fortunately, the guy he’s sharing a room with at the hospital, Salva, is willing to step in and take on his all-important Christmas work.
