Der geniale Wissenschaftler Dr. Huber erfand im 2. Weltkrieg ein Serum, das aus Soldaten übermächtige Superkämpfer machen sollte. Auf mysteriöse Art und Weise verschwand Dr. Huber und mit ihm das Serum. 60 Jahre später wird es in den Kellergemäuern eines kleinen Theaters gefunden, das in kürzester Zeit zum Schauplatz einer blutrünstigen Zombieapokalypse wird. Der Zombiefilm „Rage on Stage“ wurde nicht nur in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern gedreht und produziert, auch die Macher stammen aus der Region. 10 Jahre arbeiteten sie an der Erfüllung ihres Jugendtraumes: Ganz großes Kino selbst gemacht.
