Detachment Zero ("Phantom State") of the S.C.P. Foundation's most fabled Moble Task Force unit, Alpha-1 ("Red Right Hand") are sent into an Eastern European country in the midst of a conflict in order to investigate the reports of a newfound potential anomaly that had attracted the attention of another group, who are currently working in partnership with the local military to keep it hidden, even from the Foundation.
