Mickey Altieri is a character in the movie Scream 2. He is the secondary antagonist and one of Sidney Prescott's best friends at Windsor College. Mickey is a serial killer who is obsessed with movies and often films whatever is going on. He is the first killer to unmask himself in front of Sidney and wear the Ghostface costume. Mickey is hired by Mrs. Loomis to carry out a copycat killing spree. He kills more people than the other killers in Scream 2.
