In 2005, "Star Wars" megafan Garrett Gilchrist sat down and laboriously compiled a 2-hour-long “Star Wars” tribute -- using no footage from the films. Instead, he used a hodgepodge of material released by LucasFilm over the years including deleted and unfinished scenes, making-of footage, and interviews.
