The film is a village tale based on various incidents happening in the life of a middle aged adult, Achuthan. He lives a jovial and simple life, doing a regular job as cashier at a store and as a personnel in Chellaparambil temple. He tries to help one of his young friends and accidentally becomes known as a thief. Meanwhile, he gets a letter from the temple's offering box. He makes his mission to solve the troubles of the person who put that letter. From there on his life starts to change.
