Здесь военщина замышляет коварный план по уничтожению кораблей НАТО, для чего похищает ученого доктора Фламонда, запирает его в темнице, заставляя сотворить мину «Поларис». Прикрытием для преступных замыслов служит международный фестиваль, на который приглашают артистов из разных стран. Из Америки приезжает рок-певец Ник Риверс и знакомится с очаровательной Хиллари — дочерью Фламонда. Она — участник подпольного сопротивления, к которому привлекает и Ника.

Nick Rivers, an American rock star ("Skeet Surfin'"), travels to East Germany (which is represented as like Nazi Germany) to perform at a cultural festival, which secretly serves the East German government as a diversion for a military operation with the intent of reuniting Germany under their rule. At a dinner, Nick encounters Hillary Flammond, a member of the local resistance movement, attempting to avoid the authorities. He pretends to be her date to get to know her, and performs an impromptu song and dance ("Tutti Frutti (song)"), mistakenly thinking he was asked to do so, to the delight of Hillary and the diners but to the annoyance of General Streck, the mastermind of the "reunification" plot.

O astro de rock americano Nick Rivers viaja à Alemanha Ocidental para participar de um festival. O que Nick não esperava, porém, era que o festival fosse apenas um disfarce para um ataque a submarinos. E nessa grande confusão envolvendo o Alto Comando Alemão e os exércitos Aliados, Rivers acaba conhecendo a bela Hilary Flammond e, ao lado do agente Cedric, embarca numa aventura para ajudar a jovem a resgatar seu pai, o criador da poderosa arma Polaris Mine, que foi roubada pelos fascistas.
